| Do I need to register?
Cashsense’s cash-based payment solution has been implemented specifically to enrich the online shopping experience by simplifying procedures.
Optional: Online shoppers may receive confirmation of their order by eMail or SMS if they choose to provide contact details.
| How can I pay cash?
As an aggregator, Cashsense has connected nearly 2,000 convenience stores etc. (a list that’s growing) into a network of pay-in outlets. All systems are integrated facilitating the capture, processing and reporting of transactions in real time.
When a shopper checks out online at a Cashsense merchant etc., they will be provided with a transaction reference number which the pay-in outlet’s cashier and back end systems will recognize.
Shoppers simply need to:
- Visit the Cashsense Online Mall;
- Browse products by category
- Select View or Buy to go to the item on the online merchant's site
- Add item/s to cart and checkout
- Select Cashsense, Pay Cash as payment method (merchant’s descriptions may vary)
- Write down the information displayed on the Over-the-Counter Payment Instruction page

You will also receive an SMS if you have provided your mobile number upon check out.

No minimum or maximum purchase requirements.
| Where do I pay cash?
Online shoppers can pay cash over-the-counter at any 7-Eleven or MLhuillier branch nationwide. It is not necessary to pre-select a specific outlet.
| How does the seller know that I have paid cash?
As explained in “How can I pay cash?” all parties are integrated and systems communicate instantly. The moment that a cashier inputs the transaction, etc., a confirmation message is pushed through to the seller.
After pay-in, there is no need for online shoppers to do anything else i.e. fax payment details etc.
| How safe is my order?
Merchants undergo a vetting procedure with Cashsense and undertake, contractually, to abide by its terms and conditions.
Shopper’s cash is held in segregated merchant accounts and settlement will only take place after a stringently applied validation process has been completed.
Any dispute regarding non or wrong delivery should be reported to Cashsense within 5 (five) working days of payment. Upon receipt of satisfactory documentation, Cashsense will, most likely, process a refund to the customer and address the issue with the merchant.
| Can I get a refund?
Probably: This will depend largely on the conditions of sale upon which the shopper and the merchant concluded the sales agreement. Most reputable merchants will provide for this event and will instruct Cashsense accordingly. Refunds may be collected at any MLhuillier branch.
| What are the charges?

Multiple items ordered from the same merchant will still only generate a single PHP 25.00 flat fee.
| What are the delivery options?
This answer really depends on the options that the merchant wishes to offer their customers. Cashsense has made available to the merchants a delivery solution via 2Go. Whether or not the shopper will see this service displayed is entirely at the merchant’s discretion and depends upon their own preferred delivery method.
| I saw something about an eWallet?
The eWallet facility was, initially, made available to Cashsense's OFW remittance customers who, as well as managing the family finances, may also wish to shop online. However, anyone in the Philippines can now avail of domestic-based eWallet facilities by registering for PhilPay at: http://philpay.cashsense.com/.
